The Orange Tulip Scholarship programme is funded by sponsors which are the Dutch higher education institutions.
For the academic year 2012 - 2013, the following Dutch higher education institutions will participate in the Orange Tulip Scholarship programme for Mexican students:

- Tilburg University
- University of Groningen
