Dr. Bill Collins, Senior Academic RSM
Dr. Collins will discuss the practical and theoretical principles associated with employee engagement. That is, the importance of topics like employees’ interests and passion will be explored with respect to their link to employee commitment and job performance. Theory and practical examples will be discussed, William Collins, PhD is Senior Academic, HR and Organizational Behavior at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
